Returns Policy

Due to the nature of this product and sanitary concerns, REFUNDS/RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If there are questions about the color, please ask before purchasing - We will not accept refunds/returns if a customer decides a color does not suit them after receiving the wig. Color varies from screen to screen, but we try to shoot our wigs as closely as possible to its true color.

EXCEPTIONS:

We will replace any of our item that are defective or arrive damaged, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your item. We will send you a pre-paid return label for your item. Once we receive your item, we will process (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) and ship out the replacement item.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE WIG.
